We are famous for our signature kielbasa that are simultaneously smoked and roasted in our smoke pits over a real hardwood fire. Because of this they have a stunning smoky flavor that has to be tasted to be believed! This also gives them a darker color and slightly drier texture. While they can be grilled, they are best enjoyed as-is.
