Our original namesake kielbasa! These 10" long rings of medium-ground pork are flavored with salt, pepper, garlic, and spices. Stuffed in a 42-45mm thick hog casing and lightly roasted over natural hardwood. The light roasting makes this a highly versatile meat: juicy and delicious served cold or as an ingredient or grilled over a flame. One ring is 1.25 lb.
