Uncured Ham

This all-natural, uncured boneless ham is marinated in a special herbal brine and is hand-wrapped in butcher's twine for its distinctive shape. This traditional recipe is how home-smoked meats are prepared in Poland. Cooked and naturally wood smoked and sprinkled with ground black pepper. A mouth-watering sandwich meat with its tasty strip of bacon fat! No added nitrates or nitrites. Whole is approximately 7.5 lbs.

All natural. No sugar. No preservatives. No nitrites or nitrates added (except those naturally occurring in celery powder). Keep below 40°F at all times.
