This all-natural, uncured boneless ham is marinated in a special herbal brine, then coated with fine garlic inside and out. Hand-wrapped in butcher's twine, then cooked and naturally wood smoked. A mouth-watering sandwich meat with its tasty strip of bacon fat! No added nitrates or nitrites. Whole is approximately 8 lbs.
