Uncured Bacon

This all-natural, uncured full-slab bacon is marinated in a special herbal brine and contains no sugar. This traditional recipe is how home-smoked meats are prepared in Poland. Cooked and naturally wood smoked and sprinkled with ground black pepper. Perfect for sandwiches, pan-frying, or as an addition to dishes such as stews. No added nitrates or nitrites. Whole half is approximately 5.5 lbs.

All natural. No sugar. No preservatives. No nitrites or nitrates added (except those naturally occurring in celery powder). Keep below 40°F at all times.
