Uncured Bacon

This all-natural, uncured full-slab bacon is marinated in a special herbal brine and contains no sugar. This traditional recipe is how home-smoked meats are prepared in Poland. Cooked and naturally wood smoked and sprinkled with ground black pepper. Perfect for sandwiches, pan-frying, or as an addition to dishes such as stews. No added nitrates or nitrites. Whole is approximately 6 lbs.
