Ring Kielbasa

These "Wisconsin" style kielbasa rings are made with coarse-ground pork flavored with salt, sugar, garlic, and spices in a 42-45mm thick hog casing. Natural wood-smoked, then gently cooked for a juicy flavor and smooth texture. Best served warm. One ring is ~1.2 lb.
