Mini Mushroom Dumplings

These "uszka", or "little ear" dumplings are made from pierogi dough folded into ring shapes similar to Italian tortellini, and stuffed with cooked wild mushrooms that were hand-picked in Poland. Traditionally served in borscht or clear soup. Net 10 oz.
