Uncured Canadian Bacon

This all-natural, uncured pork loin is marinated in a special herbal brine and contains no sugar. This traditional recipe is how home-smoked meats are prepared in Poland. Cooked and naturally wood smoked and sprinkled with ground black pepper. A mouth-watering sandwich meat with its tasty thin strip of bacon fat. No added nitrates or nitrites. Whole half is approximately 3.5 lbs.

All natural. No sugar. No preservatives. No nitrites or nitrates added (except those naturally occurring in celery powder). Keep below 40°F at all times.
