Bavarian Style Pork Shank

This pork shank, also known as "pork knuckle" or "pork hock," is a thick, tasty cut of meat from the upper ham leg and contains an exposed shank bone. Marinated in our signature brine, coated with beer and paprika, and roasted to perfection! Approximately 2 lbs.
Cooking instructions: Remove from packaging and place on baking sheet with wire rack. Add 1 cup of water onto baking sheet. Wrap baking sheet and entire shank with aluminum foil. Bake for at 350℉ for 30 minutes. Top with caramelized onions.
