This traditional German-style sausage is made from finely ground fresh pork flavored with salt, white pepper, and nutmeg. Stuffed into a natural hog 28-30mm casing, then gently cooked and smoked. Can be boiled, pan-fried, roasted, or grilled. (4) links are approximately 1 lb.
