Veal Loaf

This meatloaf is made from finely ground veal and pork marinated with a bouquet of aromatic spices (salt, pepper, garlic, marjoram, allspice). It is then roasted in a rectangular form. Tastes great when sliced cold on sandwiches! Whole is approximately 5 lbs.
