Pork Loaf

This loaf is made from minced pork meat mixed with salt, ground black cumin, marjoram, allspice, and pepper. It is then crusted with more cracked black pepper and roasted in a rectangular form. A strong flavor that is perfect on sandwiches! Whole is approximately 6 lbs.
