This traditional Polish head cheese consists of pieces of cooked pork mixed with gelatin and stuffed into a natural 5+ beef casing, which is a rare find! The natural casing gives it wonderful old-world texture and authenticity. Best when sliced and eaten cold. Whole is approximately 5 lbs.
