Chicken Head Cheese

A delicious and unique cold cut made with pieces of pulled chicken mixed with gelatin, spices (salt, pepper, garlic, marjoram, nutmeg) and vegetables (bell peppers, green parsley and carrots). Best served sliced cold. Whole half is approximately 6.5 lbs.
