Mini Easter Kielbasa

These 5" mini kielbasa were created especially for blessing in a "święconka" basket on Holy Saturday. Flavored with traditional spices including salt, pepper, and garlic, stuffed in a 32-35mm thick hog casing and smoked over a hardwood log flame. One ring is approximately 4" by 3" and weighs 0.4 lb.
