Garlic Kielbasa

These 10" long pork rings are flavored with salt, pepper, coriander, paprika, marjoram, and of course garlic for a signature taste and smell. Stuffed in a natural 36-38mm thick hog casing, then wood-smoked and air-dried for a dry texture. Great for camping or fishing trips! One ring is 1.1 lb.
