This traditional cold cut consists of coarse-ground diced pork cuts mixed with black pepper and nutmeg, stuffed into a 2.5" wide round fibrous casing. The sausage is dried, smoked for an entire day, then dried again for a unique dry texture and smoky flavor. Whole is 7" long and approximately 1 lb.
