This best-selling rustic bread is made from a mix of wheat and rye flour and is is naturally fermented, giving it a rich flavor and dense texture. Baked in a traditional stone-deck ovens for a distinctive flavor and crust. Size is 10" x 6" x 3" and weighs approximately 1.2 lbs. Note: this bread ships frozen and unsliced. To finish preparing at home, let defrost at room temperature for 30 minutes and bake at 390℉ for 10-12 minutes.
