Roasted Bacon

This lean half-slab bacon is boiled, then rubbed in a rich blend of herbs including paprika, pepper, marjoram, and garlic and gently roasted for a perfect finish. Delightful on sandwiches or pan-fried! Whole is approximately 7 lbs.
